Meet Misty Greenway

Originally from Hickory, North Carolina, Misty has called Myrtle Beach home since 2000. She’s been a trusted REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers across the Greater Grand Strand — including Horry and Georgetown Counties — since 2004. Over the past two decades, Misty has built a reputation for excellence, producing over $125 million in sales as a sole agent and helping thousands of clients achieve their real estate goals.

Her expertise spans every corner of the market — from permanent residences, vacation homes, and investment properties to luxury, oceanfront, waterfront, and new construction homes. Whether helping first-time buyers or representing multi-million-dollar listings, Misty approaches every transaction with the same dedication and care.

Misty is proud to be featured in the 2025 Carolina Coast Real Producers Magazine and ranks among the Top 200 REALTORS® in the area for sales volume. She holds the designation of Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN)and has earned numerous honors, including Top Sales Agent, Top Listing Agent, Largest Multi-Million Dollar Sale,and Chairman’s Circle awards. In 2012, she was voted by her peers as the recipient of the Realtor Image Awardthrough the Coastal Carolina Association of REALTORS®. She also serves as a Board Member for the REALTORS® Assistance Fund Trust (RAFT), which supports local agents and their families facing medical hardship.

In 2025, Misty proudly joined forces with her brother, Nick Maney, to launch the Greenway Maney Team at Beach & Forest Realty — a family-led partnership built on trust, experience, and shared passion for helping clients across the Grand Strand.

Beyond real estate, Misty is married to her husband, Sean, and is a proud bonus mom to twin sons, Alec and Alston. She adores her nieces, Lorelei and Piper, who inspire her every day. A Stage III breast cancer conqueror since 2010, Misty continues to serve as an ambassador, fundraiser, and encourager for others facing their own battles. The pink ribbon on her marketing materials is a lasting symbol of her strength and gratitude.

With 14 years as a licensed REALTOR® — including seven years working for two of the nation’s largest homebuilders — I’ve gained a deep understanding of what makes a home truly stand out and how to guide buyers and sellers with confidence. My experience in new construction means I know how to navigate every detail of the building and buying process, helping clients avoid surprises and feel empowered in their decisions.

I grew up in Hickory, North Carolina, and moved to the Myrtle Beach area after graduating high school — a move that sparked my passion for this vibrant coastal community. Today, I use my local insight and builder-backed expertise to help families and individuals find the right home and lifestyle along the Grand Strand.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband to my amazing wife, Lauren, and a proud dad to our two little girls, Lorelei and Piper. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, enjoying the game that keeps me challenged and inspired.
