Misty’s journey is especially inspiring: in 2010, she faced a breast cancer diagnosis with courage and determination. Now, 15 years cancer free, she continues to serve the Myrtle Beach community with unmatched knowledge and a personal touch for every client.

Family is at the core of our story. When Misty was undergoing treatment in 2010, her brother, Nick Maney, originally got his real estate license as a way to help his sister and support her business. Nick’s career evolved as he spent eight years with two of the nation’s largest new home construction builders, gaining a sharp eye for quality, value, and the latest trends in home design. Today, Nick is not only a seasoned real estate professional but also a devoted husband and proud father of two beautiful daughters—who absolutely adore their Aunt Misty!
